Folklore Collection of the Cultural Association “Lazaioi”

The Educational and Cultural Association of Kato Milia “Oi Lazaioi”, founded in 1964 by about 50 young persons from the village, was originally named “National Educational Union of Young People of Kato Milia” and aimed at the intellectual and cultural growth and development of the inhabitants of the village and the community of Milia. Since 2000, the Cultural Centre (old Primary School) has been hosting the renovated, unique in the area Folklore Collection, as well as the association’s other cultural activities.
