A beautiful, picturesque stone church in the centre of the village.
Ano Milia (Upper Milia) was set on fire by the German occupation forces in 1943 and the church was destroyed. It remained in ruins until its restoration began in 1967. It is a three-aisled basilica with a unique architectural bell tower made of limestone in front of its entrance
